Reasonably good personnel is in the breakfast room service.

The hotel's warm decor and cozy sitting areas made me feel right at home. The accessibility for senior people was excellent, with wide hallways and well-maintained elevators, making it easy to get around. The hotel's general areas were well-lit and thoughtfully designed, providing a comfortable environment for relaxation and socializing.

I would ask for a better vacation for senior people if the children of the staff could be more attentive to the needs of older guests.

Service-oriented, outstandingly helpful staff who were ready to help. The continental breakfast was the best part of our very good stay. Had central location for plenty local restaraunts. It was also really close to the parks and shopping outlets, Close to eateries and the restaurant.

The ADA compliant room was incredibly spacious and had a large bathroom with a roll-in shower. The premium bedding was super comfortable, and I loved the laptop-friendly workspace. It really made my stay convenient and enjoyable.

Personally, I found the individual climate control a bit tricky to figure out.

Staff kindly assisted my elderly parents. Perfect amenities: Wi-Fi, parking, 24-hour reception, bar, restaurant, pool. Coming back for Xmas.

Superior and immaculately clean place to stay in, it has so very helpful and service-oriented staff in the breakfast room service. It has absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice location in Lake Buena Vista district really close to SeaWorld and Disney Springs as well as other restaurants and gift shops, great options for restaurants and shopping outlets.

The hotel is in the central location by fountains. Btw, it's set in Lake Buena Vista district really close to other activities in the area, free transport to the Disney Parks and shops and downtown Disney. Have to say I really enjoyed great value and hot breakfast.

So very helpful staff, they were ready to help. The location was absolutely perfect for Lake Buena Vista, adjacent to local theme parks like Disney and a decent grocery store and most meals out and Very close to disney springs. Lake Buena Vista district was definitely worth visiting.

The property's location is excellent, adjacent to most themed parks to disney, universal, and sea world, and the Rosen.

Enjoyable stay at Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vista, primarily due to the convenient location and shuttle services to the parks. Despite minor inconveniences with elevators and buffet, overall, a decent budget-friendly option for a short visit.

Excellent value and well priced place with amazingly attentive employees in the breakfast room service. Fabulous food in the restaurant, nice hot and delicious breakfast with bacon, pork, waffles.

Indulged in the fresh local fish at nearby Kobe Japanese Steak House & Sushi Bar, turning meals into legendary tales. Enjoyed the vibrant culinary scene, including Kitty O'Shea's Irish Pub. The lively atmosphere was a hit!

Found myself in a snug handicap room, but the staff turned things around swiftly. Although breakfast vouchers weren't initially offered, the staff's charm made up for it.

the rosen inn is clean and comfy - close to disney springs and just minutes from disney. the staff is friendly and the security guard adds a little extra peace of mind. the 24-hour convenience store in the lobby is handy for snacks and drinks.

Marvellous and convenient location - very close to restaurants, Disney-malls. Low cost breakfast with variety of choices. Staff was accommodating, and facilities were good here.
